Driven by a multi-dimensional robotic arm, the radar ranging sensor collects dense material level height data of bulk materials of various shapes. The data is transmitted to the special software of the industrial computer via RS-485 or optical fiber for calculation, and the 3D image of the bulk materials and the image of whether there is material hanging on the inner wall of the silo are displayed on the computer screen. At the same time, it can display the volume, mass, and maximum, minimum, and average material levels of the materials in the silo.
