Operational Principle

The SLDL53-80 StrlightScan3D Belt Conveyor 3D Inspection Device is designed for the comprehensive management of material flow in belt conveyors, enabling real-time flow rate measurement, cumulative volume (weight) statistics, real-time foreign object detection, real-time deviation detection, real-time tear detection, and real-time bulk material detection.

SLDL53-80 enables real-time, accurate monitoring of material usage quantities; it allows the conveyor belt speed to be adjusted in accordance with real-time throughput requirements, facilitating energy-efficient transportation. SLDL53-80 provides real-time monitoring of the presence of large chunks of gangue, iron objects (e.g., anchor bolts, angle steel), or other foreign materials, thereby preventing serious incidents such as scratches or tearing. SLDL53-80 continuously detects the conveyor belt's misalignment status, preventing the tension pulley and rollers from deviating from their optimal alignment due to uneven material loading, which could lead to belt derailment. This enables proactive prevention of conveyor belt derailment.

SLDL53-80 performs real-time detection of scratches, gouges, and tears on the conveyor belt when it is running under no-load conditions; identifies the severity and progression of any belt tears, and stops the machine promptly.
