The split Ultrasonic water level gauge measures the time required for the entire process of an ultrasonic pulse from being sent to returning. Ultrasonic water level gauge is installed vertically on the surface of the liquid. It emits an ultrasonic pulse to the liquid surface. After a period of time, the sensor of the ultrasonic liquid level gauge receives the signal reflected back from the liquid surface. According to the relationship between the ultrasonic liquid level gauge and the ultrasonic wave it sends and receives. The time difference is used to calculate the distance from the liquid level to the sensor.
