The SLDL53-10 Soltascan3D Radar Level & Volume Measuring Instrument performs high-resolution 360° panoramic scanning of the space via terahertz radar waves. Integrated with point cloud processing, AI, machine learning and 3D modeling technologies, it transmits scanning data to the edge server. Professional dedicated algorithms are adopted for data processing, precise fitting and noise elimination to quickly and accurately acquire 3D material information and generate visualized 3D images. Meanwhile, it calculates key parameters such as material level, volume and weight. The measurement results are shared through the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) for synchronous viewing on multiple terminals, and the DCS system can directly access the measurement data and 3D graphics.
