Product Overview

The SLDL5300 3D radar level meter is a high-performance Soltascan3D series product for industrial solid material measurement, adopting 120GHz~140GHz terahertz radar wave and 5-radar parallel scanning technology. With 800Hz high-speed high-resolution 360° panoramic scanning, it combines point cloud stitching, AI, machine learning and 3D modeling, realizing fast and accurate acquisition of 3D information of irregular solid materials in silos/bins. The measured data is processed by edge server exclusive algorithm, outputting visual 3D images and accurate level, volume, weight parameters, which can be shared via industrial IoT for multi-terminal synchronous viewing, and DCS system can directly call measurement results and 3D screen. It is the ideal measurement solution for various harsh industrial environments with high dust, complex material shape and high measurement precision requirements.
