SLDL 6300 Laser Coal Scanner incorporates an industry-leading high-frequency, high-precision scanning sensor capable of performing 360° full-field-of-view high-precision horizontal scanning. With a horizontal angular accuracy of up to 0.01°, a measuring range of 120 meters, and a point accuracy of less than 2 cm, the device ensures exceptional measurement reliability. Weighing only 3.8 kg including the pan-tilt unit, the scanner completes a full scan in just 2–4 minutes. It is ideally suited for suspended installation atop coal sheds or storage silos. Users can remotely operate the scanner via computer software, enabling one-click acquisition of 3D coordinates across the entire material pile surface.

These volumes are typically massive and irregularly shaped, making accurate measurement highly challenging. The SLDL 6300 3D Laser Scanner effectively solves this problem.
Equipped with a friction braking mechanism and a high-precision angular encoder, the scanner supports both manual and automated rotational scanning. Thanks to its excellent real-time performance in inventory measurement, the system significantly enhances the level of automation in plant management, reduces labor requirements, and creates substantial economic benefits.
The SLDL 6300 3D Laser Scanner not only performs scanning tasks as a standalone unit but can also be networked with multiple laser scanners via LAN or wireless networks. The control center software can automatically set scanning frequencies without manual intervention. After scanning, the computer processes and synthesizes the data collected by the 3D laser scanners. Using digital fitting technology, it constructs a digital surface model of the coal pile. The volume is then calculated based on the principle of volumetric integration, and the total coal inventory is determined by multiplying the volume by the specific gravity of coal.
