The working principle of the tuning fork switch is to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonant frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base. When the tuning fork of the tuning fork level switch comes into contact with the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes in the tuning fork level switch are detected by the intelligent circuit, processed and converted into a switching signal.

Suitable for measuring free-flowing medium-density solid powders or granules. It is also suitable for almost all liquid media, with functions such as high/low fail-safe limit switch, overflow or dry run protection, pump control, display of presence/absence of flow in the pipeline, etc.
