The SLDL5525 Steam Compensation Guided Wave Radar is suitable for continuous level measurement under extreme working conditions. The guided wave radar level sensor uses a ceramic-sealed process connection to ensure safe use in high-temperature and high-pressure applications, such as for level measurement of steam boilers and toxic media (such as liquid ammonia). In the measurement of liquid level with a high-pressure gas phase, only the SLDL5525 guided microwave level transmitter with steam compensation technology can provide accurate and reliable measurement results. The measurement is stable and reliable, and is not affected by liquid level fluctuations, foam or medium changes.

Product installation:

1. The guided wave radar level sensor should be kept as far away from the discharge port and the feed port as possible;

2. For metal tanks and plastic tanks, it is not allowed to touch the tank wall during the entire measurement process and within the measurement range; if it is a metal tank, the level meter cannot be installed in the middle of the tank;

3. The guided microwave level transmitter instrument is suitable for installation at one-fourth of the diameter of the silo, and the cable probe and rod probe are not less than 30mm away from the tank wall;

4. The bottom of the probe is about 30mm away from the bottom of the tank;

5. The minimum distance between the probe and the obstacles in the tank is not less than 200mm;

6. If the bottom of the container is conical, the steam compensation guided wave radar can be installed in the middle of the tank top.
