SoltaFMScan frequency modulated radar level meter adopts frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. The transmitted signal is linearly frequency modulated (frequency swept) in the working area. By comparing the frequency difference Δf between the transmitted wave and the transmitted wave, the distance value can be obtained.

SLDL5180 uses 78GHz~80GHz signals, and SLDL5190 uses 1 20GHz~128GHz signals.
