Product Overview:
The anti-corrosion guided wave radar level meter is a contact measuring instrument based on the time travel principle. The radar wave runs at the speed of light, and the running time can be converted into a level signal through electronic components. The probe emits a high-frequency pulse and propagates along the cable or rod probe. When the pulse encounters the surface of the material, it is reflected back and received by the receiver in the instrument, and the distance signal is converted into a level signal. Even if the working conditions are more complicated and there are false echoes, the echo of the level can be accurately analyzed using microprocessing technology and debugging software. The gwr type level transmitter is suitable for continuous measurement of the level of liquids, slurries and granular materials, and is harmless to the human body and the environment.
Working principle:
The pulse signal reflected by the gwr type level transmitter is transmitted along the cable or rod probe to the electronic circuit part of the contact measuring instrument. The microprocessor processes this signal and identifies the echo generated by the microwave pulse on the surface of the material. The correct echo signal recognition is completed by the pulse software. The distance D from the material surface is proportional to the pulse time travel T. It is set by inputting the empty tank height, full tank height F and some application parameters. The application parameters will automatically adapt the anti-corrosion guided wave radar level meter to the measurement environment. Corresponding to 4~20mA output.
