External liquid level switch can achieve truly non-contact measurement of liquid level in closed containers. The ultrasonic external liquid level sensor is installed directly below the outer wall of the container under test. There is no need to drill holes in the container under test. It is easy to install and can be installed online. It can accurately measure the liquid level of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkali and various pure liquids in high-temperature and high-pressure sealed containers. External liquid level gauge has no special requirements for the material of the container, and adopts explosion-proof design to meet explosion-proof requirements and can be widely used.
External ultrasonic liquid level switch working principle:
SonarScan and SonarDetect external sonar series are based on sonar transducers (probes) that emit sonar signals. The sonar signals are reflected in different environments, and part of the reflected signals are received by the Sonar controller. SonarScan obtains accurate liquid level information by analyzing reflected signals. SonarDetect external liquid level sensor analyzes the reflected signal to determine whether it reaches the set level.
