The SLDL5200 series is a high-performance 78GHz pulse radar level meter, designed for continuous level measurement of both solids and liquids. It combines advanced W-band radar technology with flexible installation options, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, from small vessels to extreme process conditions.
This series includes five main models: SLDL5200-81 (threaded type), SLDL5200-82 (clamp type), SLDL5200-83 (hygienic type), SLDL5200-84 (lens antenna type), and SLDL5200-85 (universal joint type). Each model is tailored to specific installation and process requirements.

Compact and Flexible Installation: The SLDL5200-81 supports 3/4-inch threaded mounting and can be installed on ball valves for easy isolation and maintenance.

Model Overview
SLDL5200-81 (Threaded Type): Ideal for small to medium vessels such as storage containers, filling equipment, or small process tanks. Supports G¾, ¾ NPT, G1½, and 1½ NPT threads.
SLDL5200-82 (Clamp Type): Designed for highly corrosive media, commonly used in chemical and petrochemical storage and process vessels (including those with internal fittings and agitators). Features 2-inch and larger clamp connections, DRD adapters, and PTFE/PFA antenna materials.
SLDL5200-83 (Hygienic Type): Suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications with sanitary and aseptic connection requirements. Supports flange and food-grade interfaces.
SLDL5200-84 (Lens Antenna Type): Designed for extreme conditions such as heavy dust, high steam, agitated tanks, or vessels with heating rods. Features a lens antenna with PTFE/PFA material and a 3° beam angle.
SLDL5200-85 (Universal Joint Type): Ideal for industries like food processing, plastics, steelmaking, and ore processing. Allows flexible aiming of the antenna via a universal joint flange.
