SLDF7110 – Integrated Electromagnetic Flowmeter

SLDF7110 Integrated Electromagnetic Flowmeter is a high‑precision industrial flow meter developed based on Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction, specially designed for flow monitoring of all conductive liquids in closed pipelines. With high‑performance processing chips and stable sensing structure, it provides stable and accurate flow measurement under complex working conditions such as corrosion, abrasion, sewage and slurry.

Working Principle

The meter measures flow based on Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction. Two electromagnetic coils at both ends generate a stable alternating magnetic field. When conductive liquid flows through the measuring tube, induced electromotive force proportional to flow velocity is generated between electrodes on the tube wall. Through signal processing and calculation, it directly outputs volumetric flow, which is not affected by medium density, temperature, pressure, viscosity and other parameters.
