Radar level meter emits microwave pulses at K-band, which travel at the speed of light and touch the surface of the measured media. Some of the energy is reflected back and received by SoltaScan. The time interval between the emitting pulse and the receiving pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the media, thus calculating the distance of the High temperature and high pressure radar to the surface of the measured media.

Extreme Working Condition Sealing and Cooling Architecture (400℃/40MPa)
To adapt to ultra-extreme industrial working conditions of 400℃ high temperature and 40MPa ultra-high pressure, this series of high-temperature and high-pressure radar is equipped with an independent optimized heat dissipation and pressure-resistant sealing integrated architecture, which thoroughly solves the problems of internal component overheating, sealing failure and structural deformation under extreme high temperature and high pressure, ensuring long-term stable and accurate measurement.

1. Ultra-High Pressure Resistant Sealing Structure
The whole machine adopts a multi-stage composite sealing system combining metal hard sealing and high-temperature resistant flexible sealing. The process connection flange and thread are forged from 316L stainless steel (optional Hastelloy alloy) with high structural strength, which can resist 40MPa ultra-high pressure impact and avoid structural creep and deformation under long-term high pressure. The sealing gasket adopts imported full fluororubber + reinforced graphite composite material, which maintains stable sealing performance without aging or deformation at 400℃ high temperature and 40MPa high pressure. All sealing interfaces undergo helium leak detection process to achieve zero leakage, effectively isolating high-temperature and high-pressure steam, corrosive media and process gas, and preventing internal circuit and antenna system from being damaged by medium penetration.
2. High-Efficiency Temperature Reduction and Heat Isolation Architecture
The product is equipped with a specialized isolation cooling accessory module and an integrated fin heat dissipation structure. The layered heat insulation and heat dissipation design forms a gradient temperature isolation zone between the high-temperature process cavity and the radar electronic core cavity. It can rapidly conduct and dissipate high-temperature heat from the process end, effectively reduce the temperature of the radar sensor and internal precision electronic components. Even under continuous 400℃ ultra-high temperature working conditions, the temperature of the core measurement cavity is stably controlled within the safe operating temperature range of electronic components, avoiding measurement drift, component aging and failure caused by high temperature.
