The flange mounted pressure transmitter can measure the liquid level and density of various containers with precision. There are two types: flat flange and plug-in flange, which are suitable for the measurement of high-viscosity medium or suspension liquid.

measurement method:

◆ Liquid measurement:

When measuring liquid flow, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipeline to avoid sedimentation of dross. At the same time, the flange mounted differential pressure transmitter must be installed

Installed next to or below the pressure tap so that air bubbles can be discharged into the process pipe.

◆ Gas measurement:

When measuring gas flow, the pressure tap should be opened on the top or side of the process pipeline. And the flange mounted pressure transmitter should be installed in the process pipeline

side or above so that accumulated liquid can easily flow into the process piping.

◆ Steam measurement:

When measuring the steam flow, the pressure tap is opened on the side of the process pipe, and the flanged pressure transmitter is installed under the pressure tap so that the condensate can fill the pressure pipe.

It should be noted that when measuring steam or other high-temperature media, the temperature should not exceed the limit temperature of the transmitter.

When the measured medium is steam, the pressure guiding tube should be filled with water to prevent the steam from directly contacting the transmitter, because the transmitter works
