The direct mount pressure transmitter is used to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into a 4-20mA HART current signal output. It can also be communicated with a handheld communicator, and parameter setting and process control can be performed through them .

 

working principle

The direct mount diaphragm seal pressure transmitter module adopts all-welding technology, and has an integral overload diaphragm, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor inside. The temperature sensor serves as a reference value for temperature compensation. The positive pressure side of the pressure sensor is connected to the high pressure chamber of the sensor bellows, and the negative pressure side of the sensor is connected to the low pressure chamber of the sensor bellows. The pressure is transmitted to the silicon chip in the sensor through the isolation diaphragm and filling liquid, so that the pressure sensor The resistance value of the chip changes, which causes the output voltage of the detection system to change. The output voltage is proportional to the pressure change, and then converted into a standardized signal output by the adaptation unit and the amplifier.
