LDL1100 Series – VibroDetect Rotary Paddle Level Switch
The SLDL1100 series VibroDetect Rotary Paddle Level Switch is a classic solid material limit detection instrument launched by SOLIDAT. Based on the mature and reliable mechanical rotary paddle principle, it stably outputs level alarm signals even under harsh conditions such as high dust, strong adhesion and high humidity. It is widely used for high/low level control of various silos, tanks and ash bins.
Working Principle
The instrument uses a micro motor to drive the detection paddle to rotate at a constant speed. When material level rises and blocks the paddle, the detection mechanism deflects, triggers the micro switch to output material present alarm, and cuts off the motor power at the same time. When the level drops and the paddle is free, the mechanism resets by spring force, restores power to the motor and outputs no material alarm, realizing reliable limit detection in cycles.

Installation Guidelines
