The SLDL5390 3D radar level meter employs Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar level measurement technology and utilizes a radar beam scanning solution to achieve multi-point scanning and 3D imaging of materials.

This device can be installed on various types of material silos. It scans the internal materials via electromagnetic beam projection and transmits multi-point scanning data to a computer through an RS485 data interface. Advanced imaging software algorithms process this data to reconstruct a 3D visualization of the material distribution within the silo, while simultaneously deriving critical parameters including the highest/lowest material points, average level, volume, and weight.

For applications where 3D imaging display is not required, the device's embedded software directly computes and transmits user-specified material parameters (e.g., precise level readings) to industrial control systems, enabling seamless integration with process automation networks.

This dual-mode operation-combining detailed 3D visualization with efficient data transmission-makes the SLDL5390 suitable for diverse industrial scenarios ranging from inventory monitoring to process control optimization.
