The measurement principle of the SonicAnalyst multi-parameter analysis system is that the mechanical wave generated by the vibration source will attenuate when it passes through the material.
The degree depends on the measurement channel and the density of the material. When the measurement channel is constant, the attenuation is a function of the material density; the difference between the mechanical wave propagation time along the flow and the countercurrent propagation time is a function of the fluid flow and flow rate; the speed of the mechanical wave transmission , is a function of internal fluid pressure.
The SonicAnalyst system can measure the material density, flow rate, pressure and other parameters in the pipeline without touching the detected object.
