The single-flange remote differential pressure flow transmitter is a differential pressure flow meter type (structural measurement method) that is used to avoid the measured medium directly acting on the remote transmission isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. Connect the measurement diaphragm chamber of the electronic dp transmitter with a stainless steel capillary (a pipe with a diameter of about 3mm, plus protection) to one or two (pressure or differential pressure) ranging from a few meters to tens of meters to make a flange form In the measuring bellows, the middle is filled with a conductive medium (silicon oil), and the differential pressure transmitter manufacturers connect the flange to the equipment when using it, and then the measurement can be performed.

When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, it will cause the displacement of the measuring diaphragm in the chamber. The displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, and the capacitance change is converted into 4-20mA two-wire current signal. The diaphragm differential pressure transmitter has strong anti-vibration, range, zero and damping field continuously adjustable.
