Working principle:
The energy valve controller is connected with the ultrasonic cold and heat meter and the regulating ball valve respectively; the controller reads the current flow rate, heating power, water supply and return water temperature of the cold and heat meter; adjusts the opening of the current regulating ball valve according to the PID method according to the temperature difference between the supply and return water Another control method can be that the controller can expand the indoor temperature control panel according to the two-bus communication, read the indoor temperature and the set temperature, and adjust the current ball valve opening according to the PID method according to the temperature difference between the two; the intelligent control valve adopts the transparent transmission method, Upload the collected signal information to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform will issue control strategies or adjust the opening of the ball valve.

Display module:
Adopt 4.3-inch 480*272 pixel color screen design, display the current collected supply and return water temperature, cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, cumulative cold heat, cumulative power and other cold and heat meter information; current valve opening; temperature control panel setting Temperature and current temperature (optional); current device status.
Key input module:
It is designed in the way of external buttons, and the control parameters of the controller can be modified through button input.
Power supply module: convert the external power supply to the controller system power supply.
Cold and heat meter interface:
2-way RS485 interface, designed in an isolated way, one way can be used as a super-smart smart cold and heat meter, and the other way can be connected to local equipment such as PLC to receive on-site control signals.
Data storage module:
Store current button setting information; store recent flow, temperature and other information, and generate stored data for later curves.
Wireless remote transmission module:
The controller control mode is divided into two modes: interactive mode and self-control mode. The interactive mode provides the cloud with the safety command of the valve opening controller for execution; the cloud communication is realized by the wireless remote transmission module.
Network port communication module:

Valve control module:
The valve adopts electric regulating ball valve, RS485 interface or 4-20mA analog control.
U disk data export:

Electric regulating valve control: electric regulating valve control is divided into two control modes, interactive and automatic control
Interactive:
The intelligent controller is a data transparent transmission and valve control actuator, responsible for transmitting the collected cold and heat meter information to the control platform, the control platform gives valve control signals, and the intelligent controller is responsible for valve control execution.
Self-control type:
The intelligent controller independently controls the opening of the electric regulating valve according to the preset logic combined with the read cold and heat information and the information of the temperature control panel.
Electric regulating valve interface:
The electric control valve adopts AC220V power supply or DC24V power supply; the adjustment signal adopts RS485 or 4-20mA analog quantity control interface;
The adjustment range of the electric control valve is 0-100% opening range; the intelligent controller can set the opening range to reserve a lower limit opening; that is, the intelligent controller will not fully close the valve, and the maximum opening is input by the button;
Electric control valve adjustment strategy:
The intelligent controller regularly reads the flow information and temperature panel information every 10 minutes (the reading time can be set); one method uses the temperature of the supply and return water of the ultrasonic cold and heat meter as the actual value and target value for adjustment; two The method takes the set temperature and current temperature of the indoor temperature control panel as the actual value and target value for adjustment through the two-bus method.
Ultrasonic cold and heat meter temperature difference adjustment strategy, the intelligent controller presses the key data target temperature difference, and at the same time regularly reads the temperature of the water supply and return water of the cold and heat meter; when the temperature difference between the supply and return water is greater than the target temperature difference, increase the valve opening; when the supply and return water When the temperature difference and the target temperature difference decrease, start to reduce the valve opening.
The indoor temperature control panel changes the adjustment strategy. The intelligent controller reads the measured value and set value of the indoor temperature control panel through the second bus and calculates the absolute value of the temperature difference. When the absolute value of the temperature difference is larger, the valve opening needs to be increased. When the temperature difference decreases, start to reduce the valve opening.
Data remote transmission function:
The intelligent controller can have built-in 4G remote transmission function and connect with the cloud platform; the controller can receive the control signal sent by the cloud platform and perform the adjustment of the electric control valve; the cloud platform can receive the information of the cold and heat meter uploaded by the controller and the current status of the controller.
Communication within LAN:
The intelligent controller has a standard RJ45 interface, which is connected to the computer room through the LAN; the computer room deploys a monitoring and control platform, which can give control signals, and the intelligent controller is responsible for executing and adjusting the opening of the electric regulating ball valve.
