Working Principle
SLDS5200H hand‑held radar velocity meter is a detecting instrument for measuring water flow velocity by radar. It is mainly applied for water‑level and velocity measurement of open‑channels such as rivers, urban rain‑sewage pipe networks, reservoir sluices and irrigation channels. The unit can monitor real‑time velocity changes around‑the‑clock and deliver accurate velocity data for monitoring authorities.
Compact and lightweight, it adopts hand‑held operation and lithium‑ion battery power supply for easy use. Resistant to sewage corrosion and sediment interference, it is widely used for field patrol inspection, flood prevention & control, sewage monitoring and other scenarios, especially for monitoring during flood seasons and emergency conditions.
