80G Pulse Radar Level Meter Has Multiple Applications in Sewage Treatment
Jun 05, 2024| With the continuous improvement of living standards, the amount of sewage discharge has shown an increasing trend year by year. In this case, traditional sewage treatment equipment has shown some shortcomings, and upgrading has become an inevitable choice. Against this background, pulse radar level meter has gradually emerged in the field of sewage treatment.
One of the important equipment in sewage treatment is the homogenization tank, whose main function is to mix sewage from different sources and effectively separate dirty oil, sewage and sludge to ensure that various indicators such as COD and PH in the subsequent treatment process are in a stable state.
In the past, the measurement of the liquid level of the homogenization tank often used the blowing method, but this method is prone to problems such as blockage of the pressure pipe and condensation line, which brings a lot of troubles to the operation and maintenance of the instrument. The advent of pulse sewage treatment radar level meter has completely solved these problems and improved the efficiency of sewage treatment.

The pulse radar level meter measures the liquid level by emitting and receiving microwave pulses downward. These microwave pulses return after contacting the surface of the measured medium, and are received by the radar system and transmitted to the electronic circuit to convert into a liquid level signal. The entire measurement process is fast and effective, and can almost be called "instant".
Compared with other measuring instruments, pulse radar level meter has many advantages in sewage treatment:
1. It is a non-contact sewage treatment radar, which is wear-free and pollution-free, which is conducive to later maintenance and normal operation of equipment;
2. The 80G radar level meter has a small measurement blind area, and can obtain good measurement results even for small tanks;
3. It is almost unaffected by water vapor, temperature and pressure changes in the atmosphere, ensuring stable operation under various climatic conditions;
4. It is almost unaffected by corrosion and slight foam, and has good durability.
The quality of sewage treatment is directly related to the health and cleanliness of the environment, so every component is crucial when choosing sewage treatment equipment. Whether it is a pulse radar level meter or a homogenizing tank, only when each component is operating normally can the entire treatment system operate efficiently.
