The guided wave radar level transmitter is a high-tech instrument that uses microwave technology for level detection. Guided wave radar transmitter module composition

The guided wave radar level transmitter generally consists of three main modules: the signal measurement module, the signal processing module, and the communication and display module.

Signal Measurement Module

This guided wave radar module mainly includes pulse transmission and reception circuits, the guided wave rod, and related flange connections, responsible for the transmission and reception of high-frequency electromagnetic waves.

Signal Processing Module

This guided wave radar module primarily consists of pulse generation circuits, echo filtering, amplification, and shaping circuits, and peak detection circuits. Its function is to generate, amplify, filter, and verify signals, which are then transmitted to the microprocessor for further computation.

Communication and Display Module

This guided wave radar module includes a microprocessor, a liquid crystal display, and a HART protocol communication interface. Its main functions are to display level information in real time and set various functional parameters, while also enabling communication between the guided wave radar level transmitter and external devices through the HART protocol.
