GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES and REPAIRS

SolidAT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused or occasioned by any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to, governmental actions or orders, embargoes, strikes, differences with workmen, floods, accidents, or transportation delays.

 

SolidAT warrants that its products shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship, for a period of 12 months from the manufacturing date. SolidAT sole liability under this warranty shall be to repair any defects discovered in its products during the above period, provided that the products are handled, stored or used in accordance with SolidAT instructions, and have not been subject to misuse, abuse, accident, modification by any unauthorized personnel or damaged intentionally by the users.

 

Upon receiving SolidAT prior written authorization, the user may send the defective product to SolidAT facilities. User must send products by Incoterms DDP: Delivered Duty Paid to SolidAT plant. SolidAT shall cover cost of freight to the user if the defective product is deemed to be under warranty. Solid assumes no responsibility for unauthorized repairs on its products.

 

The foregoing warranty is SolidAT sole warrant and no other warranties, whether oral, written, implied or statutory shall apply. In no event shall SolidAT be liable for any business expenses, loss of profits, incidental, consequential or economic damages however caused. SolidAT liability under this agreement shall be limited to the price of the specific product which gave rise to the alleged damage or defect. In no event, shall SolidAT be liable for any consequential or special damages.

 

Following the warranty period, SolidAT will render services for its products against a per item payment. Repair price of any repairable product is up to 50% of its list price. Freight and insurance costs to and from SolidAT will be paid by the user. SolidAT estimates that the average return of the repaired items to the users will be within sixty (60) days from date of receipt. The users will send damaged items according SolidAT RMA procedure.
