Acid Dew Point Analyzer Connection And Automatic Or Manual Calibration, Dust Cleaning

The connection method of the acid dew point sensor to the acid dew point analyzer and the connection method of the acid dew point meter to the control room computer are shown in the schematic diagram.

When the acid dew point sensor is used in a furnace or flue with a lot of smoke and dust, pay attention to the smoke and dust blockage and dust cleaning of the sensor.

There are two ways to clean the acid dew point sensor.

During automatic calibration, use a standard gas cylinder through a pressure reducing valve, and the gas pipe is first connected to the solenoid valve and flow meter (2-5 liters/minute), and then connected to the standard gas calibration port CAL of the sensor through the gas pipe. When the acid dew point analyzer opens the calibration gas solenoid valve at a preset time, the sensor will automatically perform standard gas calibration. The same principle can also be used for automatic dust cleaning of the sensor. Compressed air passes through a pressure reducing valve (150-200KPA) and is first connected to the dust cleaning solenoid valve and flow meter (25 liters/minute) and then to the standard gas calibration port CAL of the sensor. When the acid dew point analyzer opens the dust cleaning solenoid valve at the preset time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter of the sensor (usually the dust cleaning time is 5-10 seconds). In the same way, when the standard gas cylinder or compressed air is directly connected to the calibration port CAL of the sensor, manual calibration or dust cleaning can be completed. If the user uses the SLDA 2100 acid dew point analyzer, there is a corresponding manual calibration or dust cleaning button on the panel of the instrument. At this time, the sensor can be calibrated or dust cleaned at any time by pressing the button.
